By accessing portalcedarline.click or booking a consultation with Portal Cedar Line (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.
2. Services Description
Portal Cedar Line provides in-person consultation services for hardware wallet recovery preparation, including device assessment, seed phrase documentation review, and multi-device inventory sessions. We do not provide live key recovery, fund management, investment advice, or trading services.
3. Appointments and Conduct
Consultations are by appointment at our Daejeon office. Clients must arrive on time with requested materials. We reserve the right to refuse service if a client attempts to record seed phrases electronically in our office, behaves aggressively, or requests services outside our stated scope.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, layout, and the Recovery Readiness Report template, is owned by Portal Cedar Line. Reports provided to clients are for personal use only and may not be resold or published without written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our consultations are preparatory and informational. We do not guarantee successful recovery of wallet access or funds. To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of Korea, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fee paid for the specific consultation giving rise to the claim.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for the accuracy of information they provide, the security of their devices and backup materials before and after sessions, and any actions taken based on our reports. We are not responsible for outcomes of recovery attempts undertaken independently or through third parties.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Daejeon, Republic of Korea.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. The current version is always available at this URL. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
