How we prepare your wallet for recovery
Every engagement follows the same structured path, adapted to your device type and backup situation. This page describes what happens from your first message to the final report.
Initial inquiry
You describe your situation through our contact form or by phone. Include the device model, approximate last-use date, and whether you have paper, steel, or Shamir backups. We respond within two business days with available appointment slots.
Pre-session guidance
Before your visit we send a preparation checklist: what to bring, what to leave at home (such as laptops with wallet software already installed), and how to transport backup materials securely. We never ask for seed phrases via email.
In-office examination
At our Seo-gu office we inspect the physical device, review backup materials under controlled conditions, and discuss your recollection of passphrase layers, PIN codes, and account history. Devices are not connected to networks during this phase.
Documentation and analysis
After the session we cross-reference device specifications against manufacturer firmware records, evaluate backup completeness, and identify gaps or risks. This analysis happens off-site without your device in our possession.
Recovery readiness report
Within five business days you receive a written report with device identification, backup assessment, ranked next steps, and specialist referrals if needed. Rush delivery within 48 hours is available for an additional fee.
Follow-up
One 30-minute phone clarification is included with every assessment. Additional follow-up sessions are available at our standard hourly rate. Many clients proceed to independent recovery or engage a specialist firm using our documentation.
Device types we work with
We regularly examine Ledger Nano S, Nano X, and Nano S Plus units; Trezor One and Model T devices; Coldcard Mk3 and Mk4; and KeepKey units. If your device is not listed, mention the model in your inquiry.
