All sessions are conducted in person at our Daejeon office. Fees are due before the session begins. We accept bank transfer and major credit cards.

Estimate factors
If your situation involves damaged devices, partial Shamir sets, or uncertain passphrase layers, the assessment may recommend follow-up sessions. We quote these before any additional work begins. We do not charge for initial email inquiries describing your situation.
Cancellation
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the appointment receive a full refund. See our Refund Policy for complete terms.
What fees do not cover
Our fees cover consultation and documentation only. They do not include third-party recovery extraction services, replacement hardware, steel plate re-stamping materials, or courier costs if you ship devices for specialist recovery elsewhere.
